Time to Walk the Good Red Road!

Cree proverb: Only when the last tree has died and the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realize that we can't eat money.

It is time to become self-sufficient by harvesting our own power from the wind. We have the capability to design, build and maintain our own energy resources. Energy that is harvested from the wind is clean, renewable and free! Here in America our Native ancestors taught us to take care of Mother Earth and she will take care of us. How can we continue to allow people to rape, drain, and pollute her and still believe she will take care of us? Pine Ridge reservation and Rosebud are among the first reservations to implement wind energy. Talk to your tribal officers promote the emplementation of wind energy on your reservation. It is my prayer that one day all men will adopt the way of the Red Road that is to love one another, take care of Mother Earth and live a compassionate life where there is only way the true Red Road!

Wind energy benefits.

Wind Energy
Wind energy technology has been around for hundreds of years.  Wind is free, clean and it is renewable.  While there are several other clean renewable resources available I am highlighting wind energy because many communities around the world have successfully powered their entire communities for centuries  by using wind turbines or wind mills to generate their electrical power needs.  With its proven effectiveness and efficiency wind energy is one of the most environmentally friendly alternative sources for energy in existence.  Implementing wind energy technology will decrease our dependency on foreign oil; create thousands of new jobs for Americans and save our home land from further environmental destruction.  Wind energy technology will help America build its own self-reliance for energy needs, boost employment opportunity and secure a cleaner environment for future generations.
